Juniors Mary Trumble end Steve Blum were

Trumble, a dietetics mejor and member of Alpha
Chi Omea sorority, described the experience 3 a
"very memorable one."
"I wc3 so excited, I could hardly believe it," Trum

First runners up were Julie Meusburger, an cr.i

Winners of the Coat contest were announced Fri
day at the pep rally following the parade of displays.
Acacia won first place in the single-entry category of
the float competition. Alpha Chi Omega and Phi
Gamma Delta were named as the first place recip
ients in the double-entry category.
Winners of the banner contest were also announ
ced! at the pep rally. Alpha Gamma Rho, Gamma Phi
Beta, Chi Omega, Alpha Chi Omega and Harper-Sehramm-Smith
won the banner competition, with
each banner including the Homecoming theme, "just
for the fun of it"
