Victim was walking south when the suspect, riding northbound on a bicycle, exposed himself. The suspect is described as a white male with blond hair and a slim build in his early 20s. Suspect entered the second floor girls restroom. 12:09 p.m. Hit-and-run accident reported at Parking Area 27, near the Dental College on East Campus.
