buckled into her car seat a Nebraska law, in effect since Friday, makes it illegal
for children under 4 years of i&e to travel in a moving motor vehicle unless
secured by passenger safety restraints. Drivers whose young passengers ride
with no restraints are liable to a $25 fine for each citation.
