Ace Furniture-TV Inc., 2429 O St., offers almost everything an apartment-dweller could ask for. Charlotte Weatherford, bookkeeper at Ace Furniture, said the most popular are mini-refrigerators, stereos, beds and television sets. Other available items include water beds, microwaves, living room, dining room and bedroom furniture and lamps. Ace Furniture offers "apartment packages" with everything needed for apartment living. Rentals can be either short-term or long-term. Most items are available for "rent to own." For students who want to rent more than necessities, there are rental agencies that have special equipment such as video rentals and lawn equip ment.
