The exchange students said that after
the Christmas holidays, they hope to do
many of things they aren't able to do in
Japan. Takagi said he wants to go hunting
and learn how to play racquetball before
he returns to Japan in May.
Tsutsumi will take a dance class next
semester because dance classes aren't
offered at Nanzan University.
The Japanese students are not sure
they will spend the entire semester break
in Lincoln. They said they are consider
ing doing some traveling in the southern
part of the United States.
Wherever they are on New Years Day,
Takagi and Tsutsumi will watch the Orange
Bowl. They said they have found Ameri
ca's reaction to football quite intriguing.
"People in Nebraska are very crazy
about football," Takagi said.
