According to UNL police spokesman Bob Fey, the suspect was arrested at Oldfather at 12:30 p jn. Wednes day. He was released Thursday pending his arraignment next Thursday at 2 p jn. The following is a list of the calls and complaints received by UNL police in a 24-hour period from 7 ajn. Wednesday to 7 ajn. Thursday. 10:24 ajn. - An accident occurred at 14th and W streets. No one was injured. 12:30 pjn. - The suspect in the sexual assault case was arrested. 2:40 pjn. - A theft was reported at Burnett Hall. Fey said the item stolen could not be named for security reasons. 3:25 pjn. - Two additional complaints were filed against the suspect in the sexual assaults. 3:27 p.m. - A hit-and-run accident was reported at the Nebraska Union metered lot. 4:34 pjn. - A tape recorder was stolen from the Meat Laboratory on East Campus. 5:44 pjn - A hit-and-run accident was reported in Parking Area 3 near Harper-Schramm-Smith. 5:48 pjn. - UNL police recovered a stolen bicycle. 9:42 p.m. - A person was arrested for possession of a stolen parking permit. 10:29 pjn. - A disturbance was reported in Area 35 on East Campus. 10:47 p.m. - An intoxicated person at 17th and W streets was taken home by officers. 12:22 ajn. - Several intoxicated persons were turned over to friends at 1 6th and R streets. 1:03 pjn. - A fire set in a trash can was put out by a student. The student received minor burns. 1:29 a.m. - A prowler was reported at 1619 R St. It turned out to be an intoxicated person who was then taken home by UNL police. 2:04 ajn.
