Wow, like like wow . . .
ah, ah . . . urn, oh GOD,
um, you won't believe this,
I mean it's not like we
forgot your birthday (OK,
wait a minute). But, um
well, we KNOW it was
Monday because well, this
is WEDNESDAY (it is, isn't
it?) Okay, let's see, it looks
like we forgot your birthday,
but we didn't.
But you see, this is what
happened, it's like on our
way to the Rag, this um,
cop, pulled us over. And
like, we didn't know what
was going on; we were only
trying to back up into this
parking space a couple of
blocks back and all these
cars were getting in our
way and stuff. I don't
know what this guy's prob
lem was but he makes
this BIG DEAL cause we
bumped into him. And so
he busts us for negligent
driving, defective taillight,
DWI, MIP. Grand theft auto
and like it wasn't even our
car! What a redneck. So
after we made bail and got
back to campus, like it was
too late. So here it is Wed
nesday (right?) and well.
Happy Birthday, anyway.
Jim, Jean and Leslie
Sheryl,
The Delta Sig Halloween
Party was great . . . but the
ride home afterwards was even
better.
Tim
P.S. You have nice thighs,
and I love those white nylons.
To The Cute Gal
in the Tan Poncho
Our paths crossed Monday
at about 10'25 a.m. on the
corner of 16th & "R", in
front of the white Frat House.
You smiled, but I was so en
tranced by your beautiful
brown eyes, I was unable to
react. Would like to get to
know you better & take you
out to eat a movie. I'm
spellbound. Please call 2-9316
or reply via personals.

To Blackcoat:
You sly dog, you've
got the girl from Ami
go's wrapped around your
burrito. The personal read
ers are very interested in
your technique. How about
it. What is your secret? Are
girls in Mexican food out
lets "hot & spicy." or do
you hit all of the fast food
joints because of the "class"
of girls you meet? Your
unique way of asking for
dates has style Does it
help you to ask a girl out
through a newspaper, or
does that hide "quirks"
of your own? Tell us how
the meeting goes. Black
coat, the readers deserve
to know the following:
1. Were you smashed
at Amigo's and she was
worse than you thought?
2. Are you too ugly
or strange to ask for a
date in person?
3. Will you take her
to Taco Inn on the first
date?
4. Does a girl who
answers personals for dates
really "put out"?
Remember, Blackcoat,
since you chose to have a
romance through the mass
media, we'll all be there at .
the "climatic" meeting of
two "lovers through print. "
