Boston, has coproduced a special entitled. Food Aid:
What's In It For U.S.? The special airs Oct. 21 at 9 pjn.,
and examines the pros and cons of the billions of dollars
in food aid which is sent abroad and whether the aid is
useless and possibly even harmful.
Masterpiece Theater returns for its 20th year, opening
with Nevil Shute's A Town Like Alice.
Pesticides and Pills: For Export Only, is a docu
mentary, airing Oct. 5 and 7. It explores the international
corporate practice of exporting to third world nations,
