Newspaper advertising sales can be very rewarding for
those who are comfortable in a selling situation. But
there is no reward if you don't sell anything, as you will
be paid on a commission-only basis. Some salespeople
have earned as much as $700 in a single month. This is
probably the best opportunity on campus for those who
want to earn some spending money of your own to buy
the things you've been wanting, or to take off on an
adventure during breaks.
You will be given a territory to work with, and expected
to work at least 20 hours per week, with all weekends
and regular school holidays off.
If you think you can handle it, we'd like to talk to you.
You need not be a Journalism major to apply. Pick up
an application at the Daily Nebraskan, Room 34, Neb
