Bill Bennett. "ABC says they have televised games back to back," Bennett said, "but we would feel more comfortable about it if Missouri wasn't going to be on (television) this week end." The method of selecting televised games has changed in recent years, according to Don Bernstein, ABC college football media director. Many of the games were announced before the season began, but now, nearly all are announced on the Monday prior to the game. "Everything is up in the air right now. There is a very, very strong possibility that we may go national on Nov. 1 with the South Carolina-Georgia game," Bernstein said. "If we do go national with that game, we probably won't be showing any other games that day. "If we decide to go with regional coverage, the Nebraska-Missouri game would certainly be one of the games we would consider. ABC is also faced with a difficult decision on Nov. 22. Ohio State-Michigan, Oklahoma-Nebraska, Baylor-Texas and Florida-Florida State are all games which could be televised that weekend, Bernstein said. "Our options are many. We might go with two of the four or any other combination of games," he said. Although covering the Nebraska game at Iowa State would be a possibility on Nov. 15, Bernstein said ABC hasn't done too much planning for that weekend. A decision on the coverage of the Nebraska-Missouri will be made Monday, he said. LINCOLN RACQUET CLUB TENNIS Play when YOU want to- Studont membership 049 5500 Old Cheney Rd.
