We selected 11 groups out of the 160 tapes submitted for consideration. The design chosen for the album jacket was selected from artwork submitted by over 75 artists. CokeKFMQ Run On July 27, Coke and KFMQ sponsored a 2-, 5-, and 10-mile run in Pioneers Park. Proceeds from the run went to the YMCA. Midwest Music Festival On August 2, we sponsored an outdoor music festival at Midwest Speedway. Seven hours of music, lots of cold beer, and great weather made it a fun. day for 1,200 people.
