Strunk, 21, a UNL senior from McCook majoring in journalism, was elected to the post by the UNL publica tion board Monday night. Strunk said he will make some changes in the manage ment and overall organization that are designed to in crease the efficiency of the news room. ' "I feel the Daily Nebraskan has an obligation ,to the university community and must continue to stress policy and ethics involved in the publication of a student news paper.
