The letter, written by Robert Lange of the Stu dent Legal Services Center, clarified a landlord's obliga tion to provide for garbage disposal unless the tenant agrees, in writing, to assume this responsibility. Hie sentence was inad vertently changed to 'That is, if the tenant would re main with the landlord." It should have read "That is; if the tenant has not express ly agreed to assume respon sibilities of garbage removal, such duties would remain with the landlord."
