Deadline is near
Graduation for the first semester is scheduled for
9:30 a.m. Dec. 23 at the Bob Devaney Sports
Center.
The deadline for ordering caps and gowns
through the University Bookstore is Dec. 6, accord
ing to Larry Behrends, bookstore manager.
The cost for gowns at the University Bookstore is
$6.75 for bachelors, $11.75 for masters and $13.75
for doctors gowns.
Nebraska Bookstore will be taking orders
through finals week for caps and gowns. The cost at
Nebraska Bookstore is $6.95 for bachelors, $13.50
for masters, and $14.75 for doctors gowns.
A hood, in addition to the gown, cap and tassel,
raises the price for the masters and doctors gowns.
Gowns rented from University Bookstore can be
returned at the Sports Center but those ordered
from Nebraska Bookstore must be returned to the
store.
Graduates may keep the caps and tassels.
