This is the final issue of the Summer Nebraskan for
1978 and, at this time, I would like to introduce the
staff, pictured at left.
Marian Albin, far left, was our advertising
representative who also acted as cartoonist and
short-order artist. Amy Lenzen, editor, is pictured next.
Kent Swain is our business manager who also helped
with art and photography. George Wright was our
reporter who assisted me in copy editing, proofreading,
photography and layout. He gets special thanks for
keeping us all laughing when screaming seemed more
appropriate.
I would also like to thank our freelance contributers
including Mike Gibson, Scott Nelson, Patti Jo Peterson,
Jim Schaffer and L. Kent Wolgamott. Cynthia Pummel
was our artist and Bob Pearson, Mike Hlevyack and Bill
Holthaus assisted with photography.
All of these people deserve thanks for contributing
many long hours and more than a few quick prayers to
get this paper to you.
