Anyone pursuing a bachelor's, master's or doctorate degree in a drug abuse field can apply for the residency at the National Drug Abuse Center (NDAC), according to Linda McNaught of the Nebraska Drug Abuse Commission. Applicants should have a demonstrated background in drug abuse research or re lated human service areas such as mental health, parole, probation, or education and training.
