Fees discussion
still is continuing
The task force to study student fees will continue to
discuss alternatives to the present student fees system, at
its next meeting Tuesday at the NU Medical Center in
Omaha.
Task Force Chairman Hans Brisch said the committee
will discuss both the A and B student fees funds and
alternatives such as voluntary colfection of student fees.
The task force was established as a result of a NU
Board of Regents request for a study of the student
fees system. The task force faces a Dec. 15 deadline.
Brisch said the fees collection systems are different on
all three campuses so the fee collection systems for all
three campuses will be specified in the task force's guide
lines, he said.
. Brisch said although the deadline is drawing near, he is
satisfied with the progress of the task force and is con
vinced that the members are working hard.
