Announcement: available part-time jobs fulfill those requirements. But where are they found? The UNL financial aids office has initiated a new student job service program. Only one month old, the service's purpose is to help students seeking employment know where the available jobs are located. Donna Talkington, financial aids employment adviser, said the office does not screen students for the jobs. Talkington said a bulletin board outside the financial aids office, room 113 in the administration bldg. lists the positions open. daily nebraskan Publication no. 144080 Editor in Chief: Rex Seline. Businesses save classified adver ting costs if they call the office and it is convenient for students to come to the office to find job openings, Talkington said. The only students not able to use the service are workstudy students, she said, because they often do not qualify. The are also some internships available through the program, she said. There have been some insurance and child care jobs in the past, she said. Talkington said students wanting full-time employment should let her know, so they can be alerted to possible positions. n Li 2 nare...yet so violl-done ! short 136 N. 14th BLUE mONDflY (AND TUESDAY) with LITTLE JimmY VALENTINE and the HEflRTmURfTlURS "gut-bucket blues" 75 cents cover GOLD OR SILVER ftxmaTFn JL PflTTl Pr.
