Attempting to "Tickle Your Fancy" (the program's name), UPC will explore all aspects of comedy from stand-up comedians, mime and music artists to lectures, discussions and workshops. Dale Droge, UPC secretary, said the work and plan ning for "Tickle Your Fancy" began last Spring. All of the 14 UPC committees are involved with this fall's program. Droge explained that the idea for "an area of major concentration in one subject" isn't new at the Nebraska Student Union. Last year, UPC's Talks and Topics Com mittee sponsored a week-long program, Power and Con spiracy in America. Although last year's program was successful, Droge said; UPC decided the next program should be "a lighter subject with broader appeal." Droge said even though the comedy is limited to American humor it's "still so vast there should be something to appeal to everyone."
