That annual festival of agriculture, mid ways, corn dogs and cotton candy. The gathering which celebrates both "those born every minute" and those once-in-a lifetime grand champions. It's that time of year when Ma, Pa and the kids come in from the fields and down to the fair. For them, its a chance to live in a different world of brand new machinery, bountiful harvest and industrial displays. The hucksters gather, ready to trade their freaks for your dollars. At the end of a weary day, the throngs pour out of the grounds, which wait for another wave to replace them.
