DISABLED EALLOTS-Dteabled shall maan unable to

a hospital. Studants so disabled shall call tha ASUN
stcratary bafora noon of a taction day. A ballot will ba
brought to tha student for voting bafora 8:C3 p.m. on
election day.
VOTING REGULATIONS
Each student must present his own I.D. card whan
ha votes. Tha act of giving tha I.D.to the poll worker
is tha attempt to vote. No student shall vote or
attempt to vote more than once in any election, nor
shall any student aid such an attempt.

Chans Article VI, Section D, dealing with tha
Electoral Commission Power, from:
D. Duties, Tha duties of the Electoral Com
. mission shall be: .
1. To announce filings and schedule elect
ion dates for all elections conducted by
the Association.
2. To publicize the dates and procedures
for filing and elections, and to issue at
the request of candidates advisory opln
ions as to the legality of proposed meth
ods in election campaigns.
3. To establish polling places and to super
vise the balloting at each polling place,
either in person or through agents auth
orized and announced by the Commis
sion one week prior to the election.
4. To tabulate the ballots, with at least
three Commissioners being present and
at least one of 'them being a faculty rep
resentative. 5. To seal the ballots, tabulations and
computations and deliver them to the
senior faculty representative for safe
keeping for a thirty (30) day period.
6. To announce the complete results of the
election to the press, including the
number of votes cast for each candidate,
and to be prepared, upon request, to
issue a break-down of Presidential votes
and votes cast on amendments and re
ferenda by colleges.
