Suit dismissed Gering-Scotts duff County District Court Judge Alfred Kortum Wednes day dismissed a suit filed by former Wyo ming Congressional contender Al Ham burg against county commissioners and the Scotts Bluff Star-Herald. Hamburg initially had filed suit against the commissioners in an attempt to prevent the sale of his deceased father's house in Gering for back taxes.
