ASUN aids voting Students who need absentee ballots to rote in the November elections can pick up the request forms in the ASUN offices in the Nebraska Union. Oct. 29 is the last day county clerks may send out absentee ballots. Mueller, ASUN president, sail his office has devised the request forms to include all information necessary to send to the voter's home county clerk. The clerk wl then send the voter another form which he or she must return to receive the absentee ballot. Student voters can have their ballots notarized for free in the Nebraska Union. Notaries public are in the Office of Student Affairs, ASUN Office and the Student Legal Services Center. there may be a booth in the Union where notaries would take shifts notarizing ballots, but that would be nearer election timeaccording to Mueller.
