Grand Generation is trying to acquire enough funds to construct a new senior citizens center here. Union formed The Nebraska Association of Public Employes has won an election making it the exclusive bargaining agent for non sspcrvisory workers in the State Depart ment of Roads, NAPE Executive Dir ector Roger Schulz said Wednesday The Nebraska Court of Industrial Relations confirmed that NAPj3 had won a run-off election with the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employes to represent department maintenance work ers. In July, NAPE won the right to re present construction, clerical and tech nical workers. In that same election, main tenance workers did not give AFSCME or NAPE enough votes to claim bargaining agent rights.
