Contest features
sexy legs, knees
Sexy leg and knobby knees will receive recognition
ia the second f.!iss Legs and Mr. Knobby Knees contest
sponsored by the Beta S:7na Psi fraternity.
The contest, which will raise money for the Snsaner
Olympics in Montreal, w2I be today through Friday in
the Ncbraa Union main lounge, said Jim Riha, Ceta
Slna Psi publicity chairman and a junior journalism
major from Omaha. Although entries are from Creek
houses, this is cot a part of Creek Week, he said.
Pictures of legs will hang on the Union's main
lounge wa3he said., in front of the pictures wiU be
containers in which to donate money. The set of kp
in the two divisions, sexy legs and knobby knees,
which attracts the most money will win a trophy and
the title, Miss Legs or Mr. Knobby Knees.
Last year the Beta Sigma Psi house raised about
$500 for the American Cancer Society in their first
Miss Legs and Mr. Knobby Knees contest, Riha said.
The average amount each set of legs collected was
about $20, Riha said, lie added that any donation, no
matter how small, is greatly appreciated.
