Lincoln "fortunate' to host Marceau Marcel Marceau, called the world's greatest pantomim ist, will perform Monday in Pershing Auditorium and Lincoln is 'truly fortunate" to have him, according to impressario Dick. Walters, tha event's promoter. Walters said that Marceatfs one-night performance is . one of few United States shows he is doing, as he is mostly touring Europe this year. Good ticket sales are reflecting Marceau's popularity and the rarity of his appearances, Walters said . Called the "Wordless Wonder" and the "Genius of Gesture," Marceau performs in white makeup aided only by special lighting. He chooses from his inventory of pantomimes according to the mood and reactions of each audience. ' Tickets for the performance are available for $6, $7 and $10 at the Tershing box office. wammmawawBmsmmaamamawamaaaamawmamamamasavmaii 1 riUilLjiyy If i I Tlmiay, Kxreh 4 ( J Daily Hobraskan READ THE DAILY NEBRASKAN WANT ADS ni n ii i.i ii im LwrL-ci RADIO TODAY KSCHT MiDK'GKT HSOYK FHA!"l ZAPPA'S "2C3 DTELS".
