The Legislature's Constitutmnal Revkinn anil Papmu
ation committee Friday will hear LB808, which relates
to the BUI of Rights and provides additional situations
when bail may be denied, at 1:30 pjn. in the Supreme
Court Hearing Room 2414.
If the Legislature passes LB 808, an amendment to
Nebraska's Constitution guaranteeing reasonable bail ex
cept in cases of murder and treason, will be placed on the
general election ballot in November.

LB839 (Dworak) Relating to cabin trailers; ptovide penalty for
falling to apply timely for a permit.

LB643 (Ret Comm.) Gives option to public employees as to when
they can stat retirement annuity.
LB644 (Ret Comm.) Reduces the pension annuity for public
employees if there is early retirement.
LB&45 (Ret Comm.) Clarifies death benefit retirement language.
