Roland Luedtke called "the most ridic ulous law passed by the Legislature two years ago." The law required that all bicycles be equipped with re flective tires after Jan. 1, 1976. He said some senators and state and local safety groups may want to amend or retain other provisions of the law requiring bicycle reflectors. A spokesman for a local bike shop said he and other dealers will speak for repeal of the law. He said reflective tires are more expensive, but are of inferior quality compared to regular tires.
