performances from Dave Johnston and
Gale Wheeler."
Johnston completed the four mile
course in 19:48 and Wheeler in 19:59.
Freshmen Tom Long, Mark Fluitt, and
Pat Colburm'also looked good, Sevigne
said.
Kansas State, led by Chris Perez and
Jeff Schommel, is expected to be one of
the top Big 8 teams.
