EASY FUDGE 2 c. sugar 2T. Butter or oleo 1 small can evaporated milk 1 t. vanilla 1 6-oz. pkg. choclate chips Vz c. nuts Combine sugar and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil and boil exactly six minutes. Remove from fire and add remaining ingredients. Beat with a mixer until it begins to thicken. Pour into a buttered pan. Cut when cool into squares. Make about 1 Vz lbs. FUDGE BROWNIES 4 eggs 2 c. sugar 1 c. butter 4 T. cocoa 2 c. flour 1 c. nuts 2 tsp. vanilla Beat eggs and add sugar. Melt butter and add to egg mixture. ,Add flour, cocoa, nuts and flavoring. Bake in a shallow pan about 25 minutes in 325 degree oven.
