James Wells Robert Schuyler Eleven alumni to visit UNL during Master's Week Continued from pg. 1 including the Crop Science Achievement Award from the American Society of Agronomy. Dr. Lonnquist will attend a rap session at Burr Hall Thursday from 7 to 8 p.m. James C. Olson, chancellor of the University of Missouri, Kansas City. A widely acclaimed Nebraska historian, Olson has served in a variety of positions at NU. He has written several books and articles on the topic of Nebraska History. Centennial College will host an informal discussion with Olson at 1 :30 p.m. Friday. Gene Pokorny, former McGovern cam paign strategist. Pokorny also served as the south centra states coordinator for the 1968 presidential campaign of Senator Eugene McCarthy and as coordinator tor the United States Senate campaign of Wallace C. Peterson. Currently Pokorny is vice president of Cambridge Reports, Inc., an attitudinal research firm. He will discuss his political experiences Thursday at 7:30 p.m. in the Harper Hall lounge. Robert Schuyler, senior vice president finance and planning for Weyerhaeuser Company in Tacoma, Wash. Schuyler is responsible for the company's four financial departments: controller, treasurer, tax and investment evaluation; and two planning departments, marketing and economics research, and corporate planning and analysis. Paula B. Wells, vice president of Bell, Galyardt, and Wells, an OmahaRapid City, S.D. consulting engineering firm. Wells is iitate secretary of the Professional bngmeers of Nebraska and a member of the Omaha Presbytery Task Force on the Status of Women. Wells will discuss careers for women in engineering and combining marriaae with a career, Friday at 1:30 in W179 Nebraska Hall. W. James Wells, Jr., vice president of Bell, Galyardt and Wells. He is manager and chief environmental engineer for that firm. We'ls was named Young Engineer of the Year by the Professional Engineers of Nebraska.
