Of course, the one of fanatical interest to Nebraskans is the. Husker-Oregon clash in Lincoln. Big Red fans will enter Memorial Stadium Saturday, perhaps as much in the dark about Husker chances as they have ever been. Nobody (including probably the coaches and players) knows how good the Nebraska football team will be 1974. Along about 4:30 Saturday afternoon, everyone will know, My bold predictions for this weekend: Nebraska 35, Oregon 10 Tom Osborne probably flinches when he sees predictions like this but I think Nebraska's offense is primed to explode. True, Oregon will field a stiff defense, but the pinpoint arm of David Humm will steer the Huskers to a comfortable win. Oregon might score a touchdown or two, but a Duck victory is out of the question. FOR SALE 10 X 55 Mobile home, skirted, 2 bdrm., air cond,, carpeted,! furn. or urtfurn.
