Headlining the event, Rocker said, will be the Minneapolis-based folk singer B.W. Stevenson and his band. Rocker noted that Stevenson has produced two other popular folk-rock efforts, the latest entitled "Calabases." Cornstock IV will sprout up between H.C. FHley Hall and the Department of Information with the brassy 9-piece jtound of the Fabulous Flippers. Froggie Beaver and Blackberry Winter are scheduled to follow the Fabulous Flippers at 1 :30 p.m. and 3 p.m. Filling the final two hours, Rocker said, will be B. W. Stevenson. Rocker said a few instrumental changes are being made for this year's Spring Day. "We're not going to run three stages this year, and we're trying to cut th concerts by two hours," he said. Committee Chairman Steve Voigt said the main reason for having two stages instead of three was because of a Cornstock III occurrence. "Ballin' Jack played twice (once in mid-afternoon and once at night), and it was too much to ask groups to move equipment twice," he said. This year all four groups are alternating on two stages he said. In case of bad weather, Cornstock IV will be moved inside to the East Campus Activities Building. Crossword ACROSS 1.
