Much of the cheese has been

UNL junior
regent seat
v.
Campaigning to educate constituents about the
University, UNL student Tim Evensen Thursday filed for
the Board of Regents in Nebraska's Sixth District.
Sixth District Regent J. G. Elliott of Scottsbluff has not
filed for re-election. The filing deadline is today.
fc "The main objective of my campaign is nptjto win, but
to educate the people in that district about the University
and about the regents," Evensen said.
Evensen, 21, a junior originally from Long Island, N.Y.,
has undergone two residency changes to make him eligible
for the Sixth District race. He established his Nebraska
residency last year and is now officially from Plainview.
Five other candidates have filed for the regent's seat
from that district.
