The Nebraska School of
Religion is offering a 1-hour
credit class in American Indian
religions, to be taught by John
Two Birds Arbuckle, former
Indian student counselor at
UNL. The class will meet
Thursday evenings from 7-9
p.ra beginning Feb. 28. The
8-week course is designed to
develop an appreciation of the
American Indian's religion.
Interested students may pick
up an application at the
Religion School's Office, 1237
R St. The registration fee is
$18.
Free income tax assistance
is available for these who need
help in filling out their 1040
forms. Assistance is available
by calling the Internal Revenue
Service toll free. Numbers for
Nebraska are listed on page 2
of the instructions with the
1040 tax package and page 7
of the 1040A tax package.
