The assembly is presented in connection with National Charter Week, Feb. 1 1 -1 5, which marks the 105th anniversary of the founding of UNL. Speakers at the assembly will be Milton Russell, professor of economics at Southern Illinois University; Willis Meyer, consulting geologist in Dallas, Tex.; and James Newman, acting regional administrator of the Federal Energy Regional Office at Kansas City.
