These are ideal for cooks like ourselves-lazy. Skillet dinners can be complete meals and they leave little cleanup. The leftovers can be refrigerated and reheated with a minimal amount of work. Electric skillets work best, but anv heavy skillet with a tioht-fitting lid can be used on the stove. When reheating, any liqht pot or pan can be used, adding a small amount of milk or water. HUNGARIAN GOULASH 2 lbs. hamburger or ttew meat 14 c. shortening 1 c. chopped onion 1 clove garlic, minced 14 flour 3 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. salt 1 28 oz, can tomatoes 1 c. sour cream noodles In a large skillet, brown the meat in the shortening. Reduce the heat; add chopped onion and garlic. Cook until onion is tender, but not brown. Blend in flour, paprika, pepper and salt. Add 'tomatoes. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally till the meat is tender, 1 to 1-14 hours. Stir in the sour cream. Serve at once over hot buttered noodles.
