$2 an hour already, and so would not be
affected by a wage increase.
Miller and Paine Dept. Store both
downtown and Gateway, employer of
several hundred students, probably
wouldn't cut back student jobs, either.
"They work on an incentive basis with
a commission and will still have to make a
certain quota. Evelyn Graham in
