Rock concert set for Sunday The Lincoln Parks jnd Recreation Department is sponsoring a free rock concert, starring Last Chance, Oedipus and Dr. Feelgood, Sunday at 3 p.m. at Pinewood Bowl at Pioneer Paik, according to Steve Miller of the department. The department sponsored a similar concert in August, Miller said, but Ijecause of lack of publicity only about 1,000 persons attended.
