grace paper cups
Water a flower. Plant a tree. These are just a few of
the messages that students can read on cups when they
by drinks from UNL vending machines.
The messages were "designed to demonstrate the
company's concern for the environment and to
encourage people to help improve their environment,"
according to Gregory Glore, sales representative for
American Can Company, which makes the cups.
The ecologv cups were put in the vending machines
on Feb. 19, and they will be there for another two or
three weeks, according to Gerald Christoffersen, division
manager for Automatic Merchandising Company, the
company which services the machines. The cups will
reappear in April, he added.
