Protest decision expected Friday Leroy Ramsey, UNL director of minority affairs, said Thursday a decision would be forthcoming within 24 hours on the dispute between ASUN and the black student community over an allegedly racist caricature. Ramsey said Ken Bader, vice-chancellor for student affairs had "put the matter in my hands." He said he was trying to reach a compromise acceptable to everyone involved. The caricature, printed in an orientation booklet, was distributed to all incoming UNL freshmen.
