An estimated one third of
the 3,000 UNL students who
had applied for federally
subsidized student loans but
were declared ineligible may
now be able to secure a loan,
according to the Department
of Health, Education and
Welfare. According to Jack
Ritchie, assistant director of
the Office of Scholarships and
Financial Aids, students should
reapply for loans as soon as
possible.
Students interested in a
course on rock music lyrics
should contact assistant
English professor David Hibler,
or meet Tuesday or Thursday
at 6:30 p.m. in Andrews Hall.
