The UNL system of justice provides a course of appeal for anybody who feels he or she has wrongfully received a parking ticket. Howard Epstein, chairman of the ASUN Parking Appeals Committee, said the committee meets twice monthly to consider appeals. He outlined the procedure to be followed in an effort to "make students aware we exist."
