Exon hints fieldhouse money may be switched Tax income earmarked for the University's new fieldhouse may have to be switched to finance NU's 1972-73 general fund appropriation, Gov. J. James Exon hinted Thursday. Exon hinted he may tell the 1972 Legislature that the fieldhouse funds will have to be used to meet the University's budget increase request. The 1971 Legislature enacted, over Exon's veto, a bill boosting the cigarette tax to 13 cents a pack-a boost of five cents. The estimated $7 million in Hbdwrtf SSMff The I.E.E.E.
