Africa, one of the world's few
industrialized nations without
television.
The seminar will deal
primarily with advertising and
television commercials. Book
will deliver a number of papers
on production, research,
creativity and craftsmanship,
and ethics and standards.
According to book, the
seminar originated from an
announcement several months
ago that the South African
government has approved the
introduction of television
service to the country.
