Brother programs. These
programs are directed toward
personal c o m m u nic a t i o n
between students and low
income families in a one-to-one
relationship intended to ease
community problems.
Volunteers are also needed
in hostels operated by the
Lancaster Office for the
Mentally Retarded to help
those in the transition stage to
a more worthwhile life.
The Looking Glass Drug
Program contacted the UNL
Bureau on the third floor of
the Nebraska Union for
ex-users to work in a 24-hour
drug referral program.
The Lincoln Action
Program, too, is looking for
volunteers to work for tenants
rights.
