iudents plan coed-visitation strategy Student leaders will meet tonight to decide the future of a coed visitation proposal that was recently squashed by the University Board of Regents. Students of the University of Nebraska (ASUN) senators returned to campus, said John Humlicek, chiarman of the ad hoc committee that authored the visitation proposal. Some student assistants in the dorms have suggested liberalization of the current Residence Hall Association (RHA) program which allows coed visitation for a maximum of six hours on certain days, Humlicek said. Other action being discussed is civil disobedience, in other words simply ignoring the Regents negative vote, he added. RHA is "looking into the possibility of legal action," said Roger Story, its president. The basis of the Association's case would be that the University can't act as the students' parents and that the Regents are assuming an authority they shouldn't have, he explained. "There's a chance RHA will initiate the legal action," Story said, "but it will be in cooperation with other groups on campus." The Guest Rights proposal was written by an ad hoc committee of the Housing Policy Committee formed in November, 1970. The proposal was approved by the Housing Policy Committee and the Council on Student Life in April, 1971. Claiming that the student NOVA APPLICATIONS DUE TODAY BY 4 P.M..
