Football ticket sales begin Monday
All full-time students now
enrolled at the University can
purchase student football
tickets beginning Monday, May
17, at the Coliseum.
Tickets will be on sale
through May 21, and will be
put into a lottery at the end of
the week. Students purchasing
tickets earlier in the week will
not have any advantage in the
lottery as all tickets purchased
during the week will be placed
in the main lottery.
Student ticket prices have
increased to $14.50 for next
season because of an additional
home game. The Comhuskers
will play seven games in
Lincoln, including their first
four.
The ticket office will be
open from 9 a.m. to noon and
n,uui
when you pickup
a tour-pack
ifs heavyao
1 p.m. until 4 p.m.
Students desiring block
sections must send a
representative of the group
with ID cards and $14.50 for
each person in his block. No
additions will be allowed after
the initial order. A receipt will
be returned to the
representative for each student
in the block.
Starting Sept. 1, each
student must come to the
Ticket Office in the Coliseum
and present his receipt and his
ID card bearing a first semester
sticker.
Current part-time students,
who will be fuD-time students
in the fall, will purchase tickets
in the fall just like: new
students. Any full-time student
not participating in the lottery
1
during the next week may
purchase his ticket next fall
just as a new student.
The ticket office will accept
personal checks from students,
but has warned that any
insufficient fund checks will be
returned and ticket orders
