PACE plan up to voters Students will decide at the polls April 7 which of two low income scholarship plans they want implemented. The Board of Regents Saturdayagreed to implement for a one year trial period which ever plan receives the majority vote in a referendum. The two proposals students will be voting on are the ASUN PACE Plan and the Regents Special Committee Plan. The ASUN Plan calls for the mandatory collection of $3.50 per semester ($1.75 per summer session from every student, but would allow students to collect a refund after the fee is paid. The Regents Plan has the same assessments as the ASUN Plan. Under the Regents Plan the fee will be added to the tuition, but there will be an explanation stating the fee is voluntary and can be deducted from the tuition.
