Potter Jr., secretary of the University Foundation. Potter said the Foundation has exchanged letters with McKuen's office since the con cert and "from all our in formation and correspondence, there will be a fund in the very near future." He expects a final answer by the end of next week. Last Tuesday a United Press International correspondent m Hollywood reported, that McKuen announced he naa already set up the fund. Since the proposal isn't definite, Potter could give no information about the size of the fund. Secretary of State Allan J. Beermann was in I50 contact with McKuen during his stay in Lincoln.
